Yes, we do offer free international shipping on our products. We are happy to deliver your jewelry to locations around the world, ensuring a seamless shopping experience no matter the location!
For all international shipments, custom processes and import duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
In case you need your order delivered earlier than mentioned, please contact our customer service team and we will try our best to accommodate your request!
At JOYHEREE, we are currently unable to offer overnight delivery service. If you need expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team to apply for it.
At JOYHEREE, we offer Saturday delivery on request for eligible locations for an additional $50. Simply reach out to our customer service team to request for weekend shipping.
In order to ensure your order is safe, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
For your protection and convenience, we always insure all items for their total value. All the shipments require an adult signature at every delivery destination and you will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped out by us. Warranty & Maintenance

Yes, JOYHEREE offers a FREE lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects for all made-to-order and custom-made products. We stand by all the diamonds and jewelry pieces we sell and warrant that they are free of any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you believe your piece is damaged, please get in touch with us for details on how to ship the item back to our quality control team for inspection. Upon inspection, if a warranted issue is found, Friendly Diamonds will repair or replace the item and cover both-way shipping cost for the same.
We are unable to warrant items that have previously been repaired, resized or polished by someone other than JOYHEREE, replacement of lost or missing diamonds, normal wear and tear of items from regular use and discoloration of metal caused by chemicals and make up. If an issue that is not covered under our lifetime warranty policy is found, we will share a price quotation for your approval for such repairs before any work begins.
All repaired items are typically shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the item. In case we need to remake the item, it can take up to 3 weeks.
We recommend you to regularly clean your jewelry to ensure it is always sparkling. For daily care, we recommend purchasing our Cleaning Kit which effectively removes dirt, oil, dust, and other unwanted materials that reduce the shine on your jewelry. Our cleaning kit includes:
- A microfiber cloth for gentle polishing
- A diamond cleaning pen for precision cleaning
- A jewelry cleaning solution to ensure the shine never fades
- A brush to reach the delicate areas.

Please note: This kit is available exclusively as an add-on at checkout and the components cannot be purchased separately.

Yes, diamonds are incredibly durable. However, certain activities can put your diamond jewelry at risk of unnecessary wear and tear.

- Be mindful of applying lotions, perfumes, oils before wearing your jewelry as these products can leave residues.
